POLICY
DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY: We require a 50% deposit to confirm all bookings and $500 deposit for trainings (NON-REFUNDABLE AT ALL). By paying this deposit, you agree to our deposit and cancellation policy. Your deposit secures your appointment or training date and will be applied to the final payment at session. We understand that unforeseen events happen, and you may need to cancel an appointment. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. This deposit is PARTLY REFUNDABLE if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment and NON-REFUNDABLE unless you cancel BEFORE 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
RESCHEDULE POLICY: If you need to reschedule before 24 hours of your appointment, you can apply your deposit to your new appointment. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your original appointment, your deposit will not be refunded, and you will need to make a new deposit to reschedule.
LATE POLICY: Please arrive promptly for your appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. Clients arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience our following appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
NO-SHOW POLICY: No-shows are incredibly harmful to our business. We reserve the right to charge a no-show fee to the credit card on file, totalling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment without giving us any notice in advance. After 3 no-shows, you will not be accepted as a client at HRK Lash and Brow Artistry unless you provide us with reasonable explanations for those occasions. No refunds will be provided.
